My debit card was used without my permission and called customer service to cancel. They are very rude and hung up in my face. I will never recommend sound cloud. Still havent resolved the issue with my card being charged

Ich möchte das Konzept von Soundlcoud nicht missen! Die Möglichkeit für Artisten, ihre Tracks ohne Vertragspartner zu veröffentlichen, ist genial!!! Meinungsfreiheit für Musik und Musiker. Allerdings versagt der Betreiber an einigen Stellen: Vor ca einem Jahr wurden einige Daten von mir auf Soundcloud gelöscht. Ganz plötzlich und ohne Vorwarnung verschwanden zufällig ausgewählte Tracks aus der "Like-List". Auch Playlists und Leute denen ich followe sind zufällig verschwunden. Der Support konnte mir da auch nicht weiterhelfen, fand den Support auch unkooperativ, bin halt kein zahlender Kunde. Es muss zu dem Moment ein Problem mit dem Server gegeben haben, anders kann ich mir das ganze nicht erklären... Außerdem bekomme ich seit Jahren regelmäßig Wutanfälle bei der bedienung der App / Mobilen version. Sieht auf den ersten Eindruck alles gut aus, bugt aber Vorne und Hinten und ist kaum auszuhalten!!! Beispiele: -Eine Playlist wird nur soweit abgespielt, soweit die Liste vorher angezeigt wurde. Wenn man zb bei der wiedergabe in der Liste weiter unten ist, muss man andauernd manuell die Liste weiter laden lassen, sonst geht es nicht weiter :) -Geht man von der Übersichts-Liste auf einen Track, wird der Graph vom Track nicht geladen, somit kann man auch nicht vorspulen. -Generell spielt die Playlist mit dem Player total schlecht zusammen, das ganze hängt sich in noch vielen anderen ähnlichen, wie grade beschriebenen scenari, auf. Im ersten Beispiel müsste man den Player verlassen, weil die Playlist nicht weiter abgespielt wird, in die Übersicht der Playlist wechseln. Bei diesem hin und her verbuggt eben immer mehr... Braucht super viel Akku, wenn ich den Tab von SC im Browser nicht schließe, ist der Akku gleich weg. Mangelhaft ist das beste, was ich über das Ganze sagen kann, ich bin nur noch hier weil es keine bessere alternative gibt! Für Spotify/Deezer/ etc. Leute, hier läuft das ganze wieder über Verträge und gibt den aufkommenden Künstlern wenig Möglichkeit, sich zu Veröffentlichen.

Downloaded Sound Cloud, started to use and was o.k. however when the Italian lesson I was listening to ended a new song started playing and it was a GOD thing, some sort of gospel and I couldnt get rid of it, had to shut down my phone and reboot. Not happy and promptly deleted Soundcloud. Think twice before downloading as this could happen to you!

Absolute cowboy business. There is no customer service. Any business trading in the Uk should provide minimum contact details of a phone number and trading address. There are plenty of options to upgrade but no means of contacting them whatsoever. They have taken an unauthorised payment from my account after signing up for the free trial.

Sperren ganze Email Adressen von Provider und setzen alle (Millionen) Kunden auf die schwarze liste. Freischaltung einzelner Adressen ist nicht möglich. Ansonsten ein guter Dienst

Everytime you visit the website on the mobile browser the same two pictures of the same two artists are shown. One or the other. It has a caption, 'hear the world's music'. These have been shown for about the two years I've been using this service. Either SoundCloud has a very limited world or it favours certain artists. As an international traveling street musician, I have learned it is offensive enough to the rest of the world that the west claims to own the world, and dominates all music with its limited genres. It is even more offensive when one of two Western bands are selected by a global power site to represent the world... for two years running. I paid for the service. I expected more traffic from doing this. I didn't get more traffic. I stopped paying for the service. I'll stop using sound cloud. Logical.
