I have tried contacting support through their own help system twice - no reply after ten days. My account disappeared after uploading a track and whenever I try to login it acts as though I am setting up a new account - nothing's there! No sign of my page when I search, yet it was all there and functioning perfectly... then it just went away! There is no support - just loads of help pages that answer all the obvious questions. The 'bot' system is a joke. Absolutely nothing back from them at all - no wonder people are moving to other platforms... I'm now filling up Bandcamp with my content - at least they support artists.

Horrible customer service. Don't even bother contacting customer service, cause they won't help you. And don't sign up for premium, cause you won't be able to leave again.

Good old "soundcloud".

Rubbish customer service, they never reply if you have a query. All they are interested in is taking money from your bank account.

would like to know why you took payment off me and not let me login to my account. as i use soundcloud alot

I would have put no stars but wasnt allowed. I subscribed to soundcloud a year ago but never really used the service. Trying to cancel my next annual subscription was impossible. In my online account it showed no personal details, no subscription details, no notice of when a subscription may be due, how much it may be, or how to cancel it. Although I tried to cancel my subscription, i could find no way of doing it. Customers service or contact details were not on the website. Eventually i found a telephone number on another website for Soundcloud customer services in Germany, only to find when i rang it, to be an automated message that said, .. go to the website to contact customer services this telephone does not deal directly with customers. After more searching I found an email contact for Soundcloud customer services, which after sending them an email, had a reply, "we do not monitor this email, go to customer services on our website!" I can find no customer services on their website!! I tried everything to cancel my subscription but they took another years £90 subscription. Be very wary of soundcloud subscriptions... so far it seems once you are signed up you cant cancel.

They got the best remix in their playlist. I was stressed and needed some good music to get relaxed. One of my friend recommended this app and believe it is the best.
