Have been renewing my £10 monthly subscription manually. However I decided not to renew for June. It came as a surprise therefore that £10 was deducted automatically and without my approval. This is not an acceptable practice and no pre-notification was given. I am now considering using an alternative platform due to both this issue and the fact that the £10 per month for the Pro subscription does not present value for money.

We emailed on multiple occasions and never got a reply to cancel our subscription. Neither do we get notified in advance of upcoming renewals. Shame.
