SoundCloudReviews of soundcloud.com

Soundcloud sendet meine Hörgewohnheiten ungefragt an andere weiter. So als Zusatzinfo wenn man etwas teilt. Das geht gar nicht...außerdem unübersichtlich und doof durch blöde "Vorschläge".sehr schlecht leider trotz schöner Grundidee.

This update is so trash and cannot get used to it for over a month. The feed page shows one song at a time. Like what. For heavy duty listeners like myself this is such an inconvenience. We need multiple tracks to see at once not all of us want to listen to one track but it force you to scroll thru EVERY track. So trash man. Why update to this display it’s so frustrating having been a user all my life. And then you have to press your screen FOUR times to simply repost a track. What is this. Where the sinple repost button? SoundCloud doesn’t care about its user anymore. It’s so sad to see your favorite music apps literally killing music.

A singer account was terminated without any reason, and no song was accepted for release for about a week, they asked for a rights document for the songs, we sent it to them, but they refused. Even monetizing the songs published on SoundCloud was rejected. I think it's a robot dealing with us. Customer service is zero 0000, since a week of creating the ticket no one responded until I received a message terminating my account without a convincing reason. You can't even get your money back. I don't recommend them at all.

Zero customer service. Very frustrating service, when something goes wrong and it often does there is no one to help. Also the most expensive streamer. I'm moving to mixcloud.

honestly i am trying very hard to humble myself but this system is completely not ready to be launched If you guys aren't organized yet. I have had the worst experience with soundcloud and soundcloud was the MOST EXPENSIVE distribution center. How do you charge more than everyone else and have the worst operating system. I have proof of emails of your workers telling me to reupload my new mastered tracks and then remove the old track and the rules of reusing the isrc which i fall under the right guidelines to keep my same isrc i have had nothing but stress, and complications and spent tooooooooo many hours trying to get this resolved and your workers dont even respond to over half of my tickets. WORST COMMUNICATION DISTRIBUTION CENTER KNOWN TO MAN KIND. i would never recommend yal to anyone. now they are still denying my releases saying i have to change the isrc UNDER WHAT GROUNDS IS THIS NEEDED IN MY SITUATION BECAUSE THAT IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG INCORRECT NOT ACCURATE IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM AND I AM FAR FROM LOOSING MY KOOL OVER SUCH A INCONVIENINET STUPID SITUTATION I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS LIKE THIS WITH MY OTHER DISTRIUTERS WITH THIS SAME PROCESS> I NEED A ACTUAL MANAGER TO LOOK INTO MY CASE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT HOW IT SHOULD BE NOR DO I WANT TO IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM WANT TO CHANGE MY ISRC NUMBERS

At first I was happy to get Next Pro with SoundCloud (my artistic name is DominaPetra). However, reasons why I did not pay for another year were the following: 1. It seems that chat bots or some other AI-based algorithm is reviewing pending tracks for distribution, and therefore, some of my tracks were rejected multiple times based on some random nonsense explanation, such as ˝the title is not correct˝. I even sent my ASCAP catalogue via mail (multiple times) to prove that the title is registered and accepted, and that everything is correct regarding the track and copyright...but I never received an answer, or I received an answer much later, several weeks later, when I already distributed my track with another distributor. 2. I applied many times for verification and I was never informed why I did not get the blue badge (although I am ASCAP-registered musician and I already have verified Spotify and Audiomack accounts).

One of my tracks completely disappeared from online stores, no emails, no copyright issues, absolutely zero notifications from them, their support is basically ghosting the problem for days... 23k on spotify RIP my release.
