Obviously this isn't popular but my experience with SoundCloud is great!, I haven't had a single add in ages compared to spotifys add after every song, only being able to skip songs 6 times and only listening to songs you don't care about on shuffle.

Terrible company. No customer service whatsoever. Their support is just an AI that will make you create a ticket which never gets looked at by a human. They will do anything they can to dodge actually having any customer service. For how much they charge for their services it's a total scam. Use distrokid or CDbaby. Soundcloud is a waste of time, and their distribution service is awful.

Ads between ANY TRACK sometime 2 ads, its just so annoying. A couple years ago it was a nice Plantform, nothing against the artists there but now its just absolutely annoying to use.

Leider gibt es offenbar nicht einmal für Künstler mit Next Pro Account einen Support oder dieser erfolgt erst nach vielen Tagen - das ist einfach nur ärgerlich und enttäuschend. So, nach fast drei Wochen hat sich der Support gemeldet und konnte das Problem wahrscheinlich in 30 Sekunden lösen.

i was invited to soundcloud as an option in my email to join Soundcloud i have used that platform for years to release my music i never switched up , however they switched up on me , i have been locked out of my account and was asked for 2FA VERFICATION which i have no clue what is going and why all of a sudden this is their new way , so far i have two ticket numbers and no one responding to my email , all i see is a chat bot that do not know how to handle the information ! i am seeking advice on what to do cause i heard they do not respond to their Customers , Seems like stock traders just bought the platform now rich kicking back letting robots and AI Run the site ! i know they not going to fix it people have been waiting up to 2 years and nothing no response

I am incredibly frustrated with SoundCloud’s lack of customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through email, social media, and even their listed phone numbers, I have received absolutely no response. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a company of their size and reputation. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company that many artists and creators rely on fail so miserably in basic communication. I can no longer trust SoundCloud as a reliable platform. If you value customer support, look elsewhere.
