Support wont respond There's no way to open a support ticket anymore on soundcloud, waste of money signing up to them as an artist when they wont support you anymore...

worst customer service ever. been mailing for 3 weeks now and still no reply. now i cant distribute my tracks and deadlines cant be fullfilled! thanks soundcoud!!!

Soundcloud is a cashcow for some smart guys without any interest in music. Everything is managed by algorithm badly programmed. Furthermore:You get flooded with all kinds of pseudo managers who promise you fame and fortune…Stay away!

Somebody sue the filthy vile scum and degenerates in soundcloud's support and management for child molestation and disregard for all users who are unpleasant to see piles of shameless asses and genitalia everywhere. They know and see that the site is flooded with automatically generated pornbots and every minute the comments are flooded with naked asses, but they maliciously do not prevent it in any way. Even on the contrary, they encourage spammers who massively clog the site with pornbots, even if you send them a list of these dirty vulgar same-type accounts, they still do not touch them. Only if you make a similar account manually, they will definitely ban it! But these shameless pigs hypocritically lying about some rules and brazenly lie that they are fighting spam, in words! For whom their fake rules, if they do not apply to the packs of naked asses of the same spammers!?

Soundcloud is terrible! I`m an artist and that`s the most hated website for me. Terrible web-site, terrible support, terrible algoritms, AI issues, distribution is awful. They never respond to my tickets, NEVER, i`ve been trying to conect with them for a long time and there is no result. Even if you are subscriber of Pro Plan etc. their behaviour always the same. In the past everything was much better, it was a platform where artists were developed, now it's a cesspool for which you don't want to pay.

Kundensupport nicht vorhanden. Letztens auf eine Antwort 3 Monate gwartet, dass da noch was kam, haha...naja nicht witzig. Man bezahlt und bekommt immer weniger. Ich warte schon wieder Wochen auf eine Antwort, die nach wenigen Sekunden gelöst werden könnte. Man weiß selbst um den schlechten, mangelhaften Support, tut aber nichts dagegen, wohl aber eher interessiert es niemanden. Über die letzten Monate wurden die Pro Funktionen durchwegend verringert. SC war mal sehr gut, seit dem die Gründer 2017 aber weg sind, ging es stetig bergab. Ich bin selbst Künster und überlge ob es das noch alles Wert ist...
