Luscious curls
This is the 3rd wig I've ordered from this company... All of the wigs came fast... I'm very pleased with all the wigs that I have ordered. This last wig is just luxurious It's super full extremely soft and luscious curls and the color is beautiful Thanks Soul Lady

Second order from soul lady – great customer service and a good product
This is my second order from Soul lady; The same product – salt and pepper half week. As with the first, I was very satisfied with how quickly the product came. No issues with tracking nor delivery. But as I said with the first half wig I purchased, it sheds a lot. I have washed the first one a few times now and the shedding isn’t as bad. Hoping it will stop completely or at least to the point that other half wigs I have purchased from other vendors at least get to the point where it only sheds minimally. But it is a beautiful blend of salt and pepper hair — just like the first one I purchased. It is very soft and manageable. I also purchased a salt and pepper ponytail and I am awaiting arrival for that and will review again. Thank you for the opportunity to review your service and products.

Great customer service
I had my wig in 5 days from the time I ordered it. Customer service is great. This was my 2nd wig from this company. The feel of the hair is very soft. The wig looks as pictured.

Truly the worst quality hair ever
Truly the worst quality hair ever. I even took the wig to a stylist who suggested I use it for a Halloween costume. I would give it 1 star, but the wig arrived on time

Customer service was really good
Customer service was really good. Company ensured my delivery was made due to my error of not notifying deliverer to leave package on the porch. I received follow up messages making sure I received my order.

I had a good experience with soul sister. The staff that helped me was very polite and professional This was my first time buying from this company and I was very impressed..my wig looked just like the one shown in the picture, wag hair was soft and well made, my did find it a bit tight but as I said this was my first order. I will be using them again
