Soul lady company is a scam
I purchased the salt and pepper head band wig and I was so excited to get it. The hair was poor quality and I sent a message to the customer service team asking about a return and a refund. They want me to receive a $25 refund and 15 % discount on my next purchase. That wig was over $113.00. On top of that they don’t send a return label so it’s up to the customer to return the product and you’re sending it to china. This company is a scam and I would recommend no one ordering from this company.
