The hair had an odor to it and the color was totally off. I just wasn't happy with it. But it definitely could be to someone other liken. I'm more touch and feel and smell person. O' it shedded alot.

Difficult to no return/exchange
I received my wig. It was too large for me. I wanted to exchange the wig. This company is a scam. They refuse to give me the physical address for the return by giving me the run-around with their emails. Do not buy from this company.

Standard salt and pepper clip ins
I am reviewing the salt and pepper curly clip in extensions. These clip ins are really beautiful. The color is close to my grey hair. The texture is different. It is easy to style and looks fantastic. I am so happy with these clip ins. Even tho these are not my texture. I am a 4B. I style them like a headband wig. They are also really pretty in high ponytail. I was skeptical at first because the texture was so different. I did not use them for a few weeks because I was not sure. I finally got the nerve to put them in. After laying down my edges, fluffing and using very light product the results were really cute. They clip in very easy and fast. These will be my go to hair. Thank you!!!

Excellence!
I must say everything about Soul lady and bodies excellence. The quality of the wigs and your customer service. I am so satisfied with everything that I experienced with Soul lady that I would not purchase my wigs from anywhere else. And I would also make sure that if any of my friends are looking for a nice wig I would definitely have them look up Soul lady. I got my wig earlier than I thought
I got my wig earlier than I thought, plus the Salt and pepper wig was so soft and the curls so bouncy, this my first time buying from them. I will definitely buy more.

I love this unit
I received my unit ahead of scheduled delivery date and I love it. I ordered the 8 inch handmade natural wavy grey with white highlights mixed with brown human hair wig. I will be ordering a 10 & 12 inch wig so that I can change styles for different occasions. Thank you Soul Lady ❤️
