Last Update : ***************** Hello everyone, I hope you know that I have better things to do than writing a review on SOUL LADY. If I can copy and paste what this company has written to me I will. This all started because one they sent me the wrong wig I noticed it as soon as I took it out of the box. Two, it did not have a draw string as advertised, and three despite me staying in contact for 2 weeks they had still refused to give me a total refund or exchange for the wig. All they were offering was 24.00 refund and a code of 20% off next purchase. So the back and forth has been about trying to get a full refund .which is allowed under the policy of returning within 15 days. That's why I didn't understand why I was given so much pushback when the very next day I texted and called but I was still offered 24 $ refund a 20% off coupon off next wig and I was told I had to pay restocking fee if I sent it back? I just couldn't understand why they were offering me this instead of refund or even exchange?. Do you think i would be posting these reviews ? I posted my review then I received an email to please take it down Had Lady Soul just have said they would take wig back? without insulting me with a 24$ refund? This back and forth went on for weeks of my trying to get full refund. After it became obvious that's all they were offering and not to exchange. I tried to try to adjust wig and alter it. (but because they did not send wig with a drawstring it is still to big and does not stay on at all it moves around. I emailed and explained to them that after such a long time of back and forth, that I had altered the wig. Lady Soul then offered to give me 84.00 to my PayPal account but ONLY if I change my review. That was the ONLY deal that they offered. I told them once they send the 84.00 I would change my review. I saw the 84.00 in Paypal account it was then that I let the viewers know that at least they had offered something ( and I was honest and kept my word) The deal was never to send wig back, don't you think that if those were the terms then none of this would be on Trust pilot? it was to change my review and yes, they did try to come to some agreement it was as mentioned with the 24.00 etc. above. but it was only about the above suggestions from them. Speak about honesty, are you ready for this? Even though I posted to the viewers after receiving 84.00 in paypal that Lady Soul (even though it was not a complete refund but that at least the offer was better then 24.00 I let everyone know that a total of 100. was given to me 24.00 refunded to my credit card and 84.00 to pay pal. Here's what Lady Soul did after I changed my review as requested/ A notice was emailed to me that my Pay Pal account was negative. Lady Soul took back the 84.00 they made me the Seller instead of the buyer ( put in back in under ( goods and services ) Thats what Pay Pal explained to me as to how I became the seller . So now unless LADY SOUL Reverse the transaction where they are the seller and I was the buyer ? any money that goes into my Pay Pal account the 84.00 will be taken out. unless Soul Lady tells the truth about them being the seller Now how dishonest is that? Then they said the 84.00 only if I would take down my review it was not contingent on me giving an altered wig back . My whole plea was to just either exchange wig or full refund they lied about me having to send wig back I have no reason to make these things up and be bothered and frustrated if they would not have given me so much trouble in the first place its all about what an actual company can do who sells under paypal So this is the sneaky thing that they did and sooo dishonest!!!! I have never dealt with a company like this. I have emails to prove also how paypal says I am negative 84.00 from Lady Soul reversing the payment. And now when I email them or text about what they did I am told it happened because I did not completely take down my Review.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! I've written about my experience in my previous reviews. After numerous emails to try to either exchange the wig or receive a full refund of $298.00 Soul Lady finally decided to refund me 100.00. First they refunded me 24.00, and then 84.00. Although I had to fight to get that, and the fair thing to do would have been to return the entire refund, from the very beginning, they did try. I still cannot wear the wig as it is way too big without the draw string that was supposed to come with the wig. So I accepted the 100.00.Something is better than nothing :(

Honestly at first, when I saw the wig, I was disappointed! After washing and adding products, I was amazed with the outcome! I am loving my new wig!! Being use to authentic hair, I was ready for a let down!! Soul Lady did that and did it very well!

After a few glitches and miscommunications, I was able to get my refund. I will order again in the near future. It is best if you visit a local shop first and get there opinions and get sized. I could’ve saved myself time and I would have been told what would work for me. Good luck, I did love the color as it is like my hair..what’s left away.

Although I made an error with my initial purchase, the After-Sales Customer Service team went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. Their patience and willingness to assist turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Mistakes happen, but the team had my back and now can shop with confidence knowing I have support.

They got me too!!! Sent me a worn frizzy curly headband wig in a Fedex bag. No pretty box with the inner bag for storage! I was shocked!! I emailed them and they wanted to give me$10 for my troubles! Gave some flimsy excuse why it wasn't boxed. Outta over $100+. Spread the word! Steer clear of soullady wigs!!

I've purchased over $1,000 worth of human hair wigs from Soul Lady, on my recent purchase they sent me two wigs in a bag that resembles something like Temu, Shein, or Ali Express would send! The plastic bags and description stickers looked old and used! I did not get a box nor did I get a silk bag like I've received in the past! I like to store my wigs in the silk bags for longer preservation. I even paid an extra $60 to have my wigs custom made for a small head. However, when I tried them on, no customization was done! The wigs were still too big and one wig had more hair than the other. They did not look like they were 180 density as advertised. This is unacceptable. I sent 3 messages/ emails to Soul Lady to address theses issues with no responses. In the past when they were requesting a extra payment for wig customization; they would respond immediately! Is this a way for a company to treat a loyal customer? The total cost of this purchase was $320.49 Does this amount not warrant a box or silk bag? I purchased the wigs on July 20,2025 and received my order on August 1,2025 Soul Lady is taking advantage of loyal customers! I donot recommend Soul Lady nor will I purchase from them in the future. They lost a good customer. 😒
