This is a Preliminary Progress Report because I have not yet received the final order. However Anna has done such a good job to insure my good experience so I have to comment. Anna was very thorough especially in making sure my order was correct. She called and texted me several times. When she was not sure she told me so and checked with the factory. Once she thought she had it right she called and texted me. I could speak with her to confirm and she would repeat what she thought I said. Then she sent me a text with the written order, I then confirmed it by text. This way she avoided misinterpretation and misunderstanding. I admire that. Finally she informed me about Return Policies. That was very clear and appropriate. I hope the final steps of fulfilling and delivering the product will be successful. I would love to work with Anna or others trained like her in the future for repeat orders when I am ready. Thanks Anna. Keep up the good work. I can hardly wait to get my order. Cheers, Pauline
