This product works great for plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried many other insoles that did not work. I love these because you can change them to other shoes because of the adhesive on the bottom and you can wash them! I love them!

Have used these before for Plantar Fasciitis and find them to help ease the pain. I like them because they are clear and will fit in sandals. It is a bit tricky to find the exact place to make them the most comfortable. There is a good guide and the “soles” are imprinted; but, one must be certain they are placed right for the individual. I use mine in different shoes and that is also a benefit.
