This is a great product. It is well made and actually does what it advertises. It gives me arch support in any shoe.

Excellent service and products. I use all 3 sizes of arch/metatarsal supports and the heel lifts in both sizes. They fit in almost all my shoes. I do wish the products would stick better. I would recommend taking the pads out regularly and washing them to make them sticky again so you don’t lose them. They are my go to in all my sandals. I wear custom orthotics in my athletic shoes. These have been a game changer for me!

It seemed that my most recent purchase of insoles were not the same as previous ones. I posted a review and Soul Insole responded quickly. After repositioning them I found that they are just as comfortable as ever. Thank you Sole Insole, I will be buying more from you!

Hi Mr. Rice! Sorry to hear that the newer pair is not feeling as effective. This is not something we've heard before, so we are wondering if you could further explain what you mean? Do they not feel as sticky/adhesive? Do they not feel as thick? Sometimes our feet can change and we may need more or less support also depending on the shoes we place them into. Have you changed your shoes? Please send us an email with more information so that we can get to the bottom of this and make sure to help you find the right solution for your needs. We are here to help. [email protected]

I have been using Soul Insoles for over a year now. I bought three pair and am ordering more for my skates and ski boots. I may also try them in my water ski bindings. It is amazing how much they have helped to reduce foot fatigue. I basically never suffer from foot pain any longer and can recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their foot comfort.

We are so happy to hear that your feet are feeling comfortable and happy with our insoles inside of your skates and ski boots! I'm not sure I'd recommend them in waterski boots because when they get wet, the adhesive temporarily disappears. This is to make them easier to wash. When dry, the adhesive renews. However, this could make it easy for them to slip out of the waterski boots.

These insoles are the best! Daily shoes to snowboarding boots these are my go to for foot comfort! If these aren't in my snowboard boots my feet ache after a few minutes. With them in I ride open to close!

I wear my metatarsal pad in my walking shoes. It helps me walk for a longer time and distance.

The products are great. Always happy with them. However, the shipping was horrible. Could not track the parcel. Took almost a month to come. Why can't you deliver to our post office box?
Response from Soul InsoleJan 23, 2024
Hi Shelley, thank you for leaving a review. We would like to apologize for the long shipping. We are based in California, so shipping internationally to Canada can take an extended time due to the distance and customs. We do appreciate your patience and are happy to hear you enjoy our products. I would like to also suggest if you purchase our products from Amazon you can get quicker shipping to Canada. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist in the future.
