I had a rocky start with this company, as the instructions regarding payment were not clear enough for me to avoid a lot of frustration on my part. However, they did resolve the confusion and I quickly received my samples. The products received are of the highest quality I have experienced. The information on the website is invaluable. I am already feeling positive benefits, and have placed an order to receive more. I am impressed by this company and even though they may have gone through some growing pains as the business has grown, I feel complete confidence in the quality of the products and have referred family members and friends. FYI: There is a scam business with a similar name that comes up on a google search for a customer service phone number. It is not the legit company! The real SoulCybin company has very clear and positive intentions, and I'm grateful for what they provide. I will update this review when I receive and try the promised free samples!

Hello dear Susan, Thank you for your updated review. We are so sorry for these frustrations and delays in processing the shipping of your free sample packs! The issue turned out to be that your bank account was not under your name, and you did not place the donation number in the notes section of your Zelle transfer. If neither your name nor the donation number are shared with us, there is no way for us to match the transferred amount with your specific donation. I hope this makes sense. My colleague has since found your transfer, under your business's bank account. We have processed your free sample packs and you should get them soon! :) For the future, know that we work Monday to Friday, only until 5pm EST, so any emails sent after 5pm EST on Fridays will be responded to on the next business day. We also do not have a phone number as of yet. There are actually two companies scamming as us (soulcybin.io and soulcybin.co) which do have phone numbers. You might have called one of them.
