Easy for beginners. They provide easy-to-follow guidelines. I did not notice any benefit with the microdosing product I received to try for the first time. Because of this, I do with there were more cost-efficient options for starting out on this journey. This is solely my own personal experience.

My personal experience was I got a MASSIVE headache. This did not seem normal and I couldn't help wonder if one of the samples had something in it or was the problem something on my end. My intention and hope was for "immediate decrease in depression and increase in happiness". While I didn't want to throw them under the bus for this, I corresponded with someone named "Andy" about this who wrote, "Dear L, Thank you so much for reaching out!! We are sorry to read this! Honestly, that's very unusual! We believe that all effects we get in contact with the medicine are part of the journey for self-discovery, so there are no side effects, just effects. May I ask you a few questions that could lead us to a better understanding and advice? At what time of the day did you take the capsule(s)? Are you taking any other supplements or medications? Did you have coffee before? Did you find space, and time, and set an intention? Did you drink water during the day? Headaches usually are related to a state of dehydration. I will definitely forward your experience to our team for them to check if something could have gone wrong. While I appreciated the email, after I wrote them back, I never heard from Andy or anyone again. I felt honestly, that they were more worried about a lawsuit, then truly wanting to understand, troubleshoot and be compassionate towards my issue. (Even to say, "throw away your sample. We'll send you a new batch just in case there was anything wrong with it.") So even if it gave me a headache I understand that may not be anyone's fault, however, the customer service response - or no-response after saying they would look into it - for me was less than great. UPDATE: After learning about my 3-star review, they came back to me with the explanation of missing my emails due to switching over to Zendesk. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I upped the review to 4-stars.

I like their product. I’m very grateful to get this product in safe, reliable form and way. The donation method is a challenge but I’m getting better with it.
