I placed an order for a necklace as a Christmas present originally was sent the wrong order after waiting a few weeks and paying for the express pay at first was not happy with the service. They quickly turned around and sent me the right order once I receive the necklace was satisfied with the product. The size is a little smaller than what I expected, but they did work well to accommodate their mistake.

Sotiya's jewelry is absolutely gorgeous. I gave a pair of their "chocolate" earrings to my daughter for her birthday. Everyone there yelled, WOW & remarked how stunning they were! They are made of high quality materials and the lab grown stone is brilliant! The actual earrings are just as pretty as their ad. The order took about 6 weeks to arrive. Sotiya's customer service is very responsive, and always got back to me. Please be aware that since they are in Hong Kong, they will respond in the wee hours, and maybe a day later, but they will! I'm very excited to give my friend her birthday earrings! Ready for another WOW!

I showed them what I wanted because my husband lost his wedding band right before our 20th wedding anniversary so I tried to have a ring made almost exactly like it. But let me tell you the ring I had made for my husband is much more exquisite then the original one. My husband is very happy as am I. We will be ordering more pieces the near future.

I was simply blown away by the quality of the craftmanship, the attention for details, the quality of everything: the jewelry, the setting, the polishing. And i do work in high jewellery, so i am pretty picky! I also adore the creativity of the color palette, the stones are beautiful. If you are looking for a piece that looks like high jewelery minus the price, go for Sotiya!!

I feel ripped off by this company. Ordered a cross necklace/stethoscope only to find out it’s being shipped via from China. Upon realizing that I found the necklace on Temu! Temu of all places! They charged me 95 bucks for a necklace being sold elsewhere for 20 bucks. Even Amazon I’m now seeing has it for 29 bucks. The chain is so cheap it’s pathetic. I thought by shopping with this company I was getting a top quality piece. Boy was I wrong! Don’t shop here unless you want to be ripped off for Temu junk. Might as well just shop Temu.
