The ring I ordered looked nothing like the photos, and when they remade it, it was worse than the first. Their response: "We’re genuinely saddened to hear that you’re still disappointed. Unfortunately, this is the best quality we’ve been able to achieve with the current design. Due to the complexity of the craftsmanship, we’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue this ring and remove it from our website." They refused a refund. Total SCAM!

I am disgusted with my order. I ordered on Oct 2. We went back and forth about when my ring will even be sent. I kept getting wait a few days, etc. I was told it would be finished on Oct 20. I demanded a complete refund. I received my refund today. Update,last night, I received a message on Facebook. Your ring is ready. Oct 21. 19 days after I ordered. They offered 50 discount. I had already bought for 50 percent off. So they were offering the price I had already paid.

We have found two Sotiya listings using photographs of our company’s custom made rings to advertise jewellery for sale. These are our images, our hands and our designs. We have no connection with Sotiya and have never authorised this use as well as we obviously would never accept another company profiting of our work. The listings show 37 and 11 reviews respectively. Those numbers do not tell us exactly how many rings were sold, but this is clearly more than an isolated listing. One person who ordered a ring at Sotiya contacted us to let us know, that we were being massively copied by Sotiya. She has shared her order documents with us and also told us she never received the ring. Together with the many negative reviews on here this indicates that the positive reviews are not real. I would recommend you to Google search the images on Sotiya’s website, so you can find the designers, who have actually created the piece, that Sotiya unlawfully is trying to sell. Then go support them instead. We have contacted Sotiya and demanded that they stop using our work and remove the listings.

TERRIBLE. Turned my finger green after 3 wears, took 3 months to get here in Canada which is INSANE. DO NOT ORDER!!!! SCAM CITY

Yes.....the item arrived 4/14/26......48 days after my order was placed. Their response is BS. I never received a single response from them. PP did not post any response from them either, during the week my case was open. The company that was supposed to track the order was not one I hunted up.....but was listed on their order sheet. I wish I could say that the ring was worth waiting for.....but I can't.

I was told it would be 8-18 days to ship. Then I was told 3 more weeks. That time has come and gone and they quit responding to my emails regarding my order. I believe this website is nothing more than one big scam. Do not order from them. They'll just steal your money.

I ordered a ring and two weeks later had not heard that it had shipped. So I tried to get a hold of them. There is no number to call. They would not answer my emails and I didn’t get the ring. It was frustrating and disappointing.

Run fast and don’t look back. I ordered a ring over a month ago. It took me several emails for them to respond and I got some story about them being on vacation in Hong Kong. They promised me a refund a week ago when they got back to work and I still haven’t seen it
