At first I was worried because there were a lot of negative reviews, and I also didn't know if the good reviews were fake or not lol. but I got my ring and I am really happy with it and I'm excited to give it to my girlfriend. The ring did take a month to get here but most of it was the shipping. So I recommend getting the faster shipping option. If you are on the fence about ordering something I say go for it!! Im also really happy with how the ring looks.

Customer service (Mia) was very proactive in reaching out to let me know about production and shipping timing. This was helpful so I wasn't left wondering and really helped to manage my expectations around delivery time. While I wish things could get here faster, it was good to know she was so responsive and very transparent about the delay. They even offered to ship a part of my order if it was ready before the other half so that at least something would get here - which was nice but I opted to just wait. The earrings and both rings are beautiful. I am surprised by the quality of the watermelon tourmaline stone! It is absolutely what we were looking for. And the other fun items are just as great. The packaging / boxes are very nice and high quality too which is nice if gifting or if you don't have a jewelry box. I'd shop here again.

Whenever there were any issues or mistakes, they were willing to help fix them and made sure everything was taken care of. The delivery went well, and the products turned out great. My girlfriend and I are both very happy with what we received. It’s clear they care about their customers and want to make sure everyone has a positive experience. At first I did think it was a scam from the reviews but it's not, they just take a lil time to arrive that's all, like 2 weeks max. But it also depends where you live tbh.

I have purchased 2 beautiful coffee diamond rings and love them both. Currently, a stone went missing from the eternity band and Mia at Sotiya worked with me to come up with a solution to make it right!! They are making and sending me a new ring!! So far the company has been great and when I have the new ring in my possession I will up the review to 5 stars!! 07-16-2026 update, I received my replacement ring as promised and as such, giving them 5 stars!!
