We've been with Sophie's society for about a year and a half now, and Dave S. has been our account manager the whole time.  He is AWESOME.  We are a small client, in their low tier, and we are always worrying about pinching our advertising pennies.  Dave has been so responsive and helpful whenever we needed him, and also proactively suggesting things we might try to help sales, including keeping us updated on Amazon's latest trends.  He is smart, flexible and knowledgeable, and genuinely strives to meet us where we are.  He even did some work-intensive custom data analysis for us to help us understand what effect working with Sophie's had on our business.  We love having Dave as our manager, and our business grew steadily since we started working with Sophie's.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this agency. I had three good meetings with a representative. We seemed to forge a good rapport and it seemed like a very good match for us to work together. Then we scheduled an “audit” of our Amazon account. The rep who was going to audit our account replied saying they could not proceed because they viewed an old website of ours and they claimed we are a competitor. When I explained that we were not and that I was completely honest in my communications with them about what our needs are- we have two supplement brands on Amazon and would like help with PPC- and that we are NOT an agency or a competitor- they did not respond. So despite developing good rapport initially they made the choice to work off their assumptions instead of having a discussion which should have alleviated their concerns. I contacted the owner as well about my experience since I never heard back from the reps and also received no response. Of note: I was diplomatic in all of my communications and not in anyway “screaming”. I cannot say how their actual management of PPC would be like. I can say that rapport, trust, and effective communication are crucial to me in any relationship, including business. They broke rapport, broke trust by making unverified assumptions, and communicated very poorly or not at all. For this reason, I absolutely cannot recommend them.

Sergei has been an incredible mentor to have when I was just a new seller for Amazon. It was under Sergei's guidance that my brand became a top 5 seller in my category in Canada. Could not be happier with Sophie Society and what it has to offer.
