I’ve been working with Sophie Society for a bit over two months now and I can honestly say the experience has been great. Kevin Rodriguez is my account manager and he’s been incredible to work with. He’s not only sharp on the technical side of PPC but he also thinks about my brand as a whole, which is something I never really had with other agencies. Since working with Kevin, my PPC performance has improved steadily and consistently. It feels like he actually cares about the long-term health and direction of my brand, not just the ad metrics in front of him. He’s always available, easy to talk to and always brings ideas to the table. It gives me a feeling that I’m in safe hands. Sophie Society as a whole has also been generous with extra help and insights, which makes the relationship feel more like a real partnership. Overall I’m really happy I decided to work with them and I definitely recommend Kevin and the team.

Our experience with Sophie Society had both positives and negatives. Their team was consistently polite, responsive, and willing to help. When the campaign performance didn’t meet expectations, they proactively offered to refund two months, which we genuinely appreciated. Despite their professionalism and willingness to correct the situation, the advertising campaigns still did not produce the sales levels our brand needed. Results remained well below our usual performance, even after adjustments, so we ultimately decided to discontinue the service. Overall, they have a courteous team and handled the refund fairly, but the strategy simply didn’t deliver the expected results for our brand.

I am very happy that we made the decision to go with Sophie Society. Their Sales/Customer service is great (we worked with Ben), and they stay involved in the project to help coordinate and facilitate as needed. Our actual project manager (Nicholas) was very knowledgeable in our niche (supplements) and is very easy to get in touch with and very responsive. They offer a Slack channel for ease of communications. I have nothing but good things to say about them. We are launching two more brands with them in the coming quarter.

Had a good intro call and the guy said he was going to send over some info on next steps and the free audit to see if they could help. Never heard back after that. Even followed up to see if he somehow forgot. Nothing back. If you didn’t think we were the right choice to work with you, I’d rather you say this on the call next time. Not professional.
