What I particularly appreciate is the structured and professional way of working. We have weekly calls to review performance and next steps, and the team is very proactive in providing updates in between. They closely monitor the Amazon marketplace and consistently come up with well-founded suggestions for improvements, both strategically and operationally. Communication is open and transparent. If something does not meet expectations, this is discussed honestly and constructively, and they actively work on improving the situation. This creates a strong sense of partnership. Three-month PPC contract with Sophie Society with no measurable results. Performance declined, campaigns showed no meaningful impact, communication was poor, and the cost was not justified. When PPC failed, the solution was consistently external traffic rather than improving PPC execution. I would not recommend this service.
