Be very wary!!
I looked at the pictures on Sophie & Olivia’s website of the lingerie I was looking at purchasing for my GF they all looked really good and as they were described as really good quality I didn’t look any further on Trustpilot reviews, nor did I realise that the items would be produced and shipped from China! The items were delivered in good time, but on opening the lingerie I found that the material quality wasn’t as good as advertised and the size was smaller than I expected and I had ordered a medium as my GF is a UK size 12, I contacted customer service straight away and although they responded promptly they were very reluctant to offer me a full refund, instead offering me alternative options, in store credit, 5% refund and finally 10% but I would have to return the items to China paying the cost plus not receiving a full refund either. All totally unacceptable and not what is advertised in there refund process, I would think very carefully before purchasing any lingerie from Sophie & Olivia as the quality isn’t as described and the product size charts do not match actual sizing, all in all I think you could find the same product at a higher standard and cheaper in alternative online stores - in short not value for money and not great customer experience
