I had been searching for a Therapist for a couple of years and couldn't find one that would respond back to me. My daughter told me that her Therapist was from Sondermind and that they except my Insurance too, Well, we checked it out together and sure enough I found a Great Therapist and I can have my visits Virtually which is the best. No traveling to an office in heavy traffic, Just turn on my Lap Top or PC and have my scheduled Therapy appointment, Awesome!

The app and platform are terrible. It takes forever to load and is extremely glitchy. I cannot scroll through my messages, access the notes from my therapist, or use the various functions and buttons on the site

Well my therapist is just fantastic, have made great strides I feel .life saver .

Progressing very well in my anger management therapy. Strategies to discuss feelings with my spouse and consider how responses are perceived from her viewpoint. She will be sitting on during my next meeting with Macy on September 23rd.

I’m extremely disappointed in sonderminds. I felt like there was an understanding that life can happen when talking about session times and schedules. I’ve been waiting on my therapist to start the session when I received a text message that she needed to cancel. No big deal. We can reschedule. I had a lot going on with work one week and needed to change my schedule around. It was also an emotional day for me and needed the service sooner. I had texted but she decided to say she missed my text and wanted to know why I didn’t make the session. I received an email about the cancellation policy and how much would be charged… they charged me over a hundred dollars. I understand cancellation policies but this was also neglectful from the therapist side. I deleted my account and will not return to this site.

I feel more comfortable with each session. Ms. Lancaster is tentative to what I'm saying shares her assessment. Then I'm given an assignment to complete or start for the next session.
