NYC Financial District: don‘t trust, what you see/ read on the website! Appt. suitable for 6- stayed as a family of 5 for over a week. Booked via PlumGuide. This is the list of complaints: Overall Cleaning Status was absolutely not satisfying. Hair in shower/ shower Curtain Dirty. Dust everywhere. One dining chair missing. Bathtowels missing. Sofabed not ready- food leftovers under pillows. Sofabed catastrophic quality- not to sleep in unless you are a fakir. Bathtub plugged- no fixing during 8 nights, dishwasher broken, toilet seat loose/ broken. No washing mashine/ laundry in appt. nor builiding (like announced on website/ confirmation mail). Rooftop Terrasse not accesable. „Customer service“ via App Chat (!)! incompetent, not able to process prior information. Scheuduled Deliveries not on time. I/ We absolutely do not recommend booking this Place.

234 Newberry Street: No hot water on arrival to Boston accommodation. Attempts to connect to customer service via chat and by phone are disconnected (upon connection after 15-minute hold) or were filled with empty promises to address the issue. Commercial tenant at street level triggered the evacuation of the entire building at 230am via fire alarm.

If I could give them zero start, I would go for that option. I made a reservation for my son on July 20, 2022 for arrival on Aug 26th, and in the morning of Aug 23rd, they canceled our reservation claiming that they did not receive his background check (which they did, and not once but twice). And they suggest edus to rent another property which was $4k more expensive!! These people are thief. As soon as they realized that they can rent the property for much higher price, they canceled our valid reservation.

I booked a Sonder stay in Boston through American Express travel and thought it was legitimate as a result. Yikes, what a sad mistake. Unsafe building made barely liveable and not at all pleasant. Common areas of the building are legitimately appalling - stains on walls/ceiling, gross floor, dirty and weird smelling. Room itself was put together cheaply and was depressing. Uncomfortable bed, weird lighting, just yuck. I was collecting suggestions to give until I realized that this is clearly a business that does not care and will not have repeat guests. Hopefully their venture capital will run out and they will go out of business. I gave one star because I was able to get questions answered via text.

Terrible. room only has small frosted windows. very claustrophobic. room smelt of urine upon arrival. complaint. they could only use spray to try to dilute the smell. bed had blood stain! after 26h of mentioning this and keep following it up, still nothing has been done and they just waste my time. the team just apologies but noting actually gets done. USB charger doesnt work in the room! guess what.. nothing is done about it.

Be wary of Sonders. We booked with them via AirBnb, got a booking confirmation from sonders in Montreal, and they charged our cc $932 for 5 days. A couple days later they email us that booking no longer available and funds we’re being reimbursed but could take 8 days to clear our account. We made alternative reservations elsewhere. Then without our knowledge or approval, Sonder booked us elsewhere. Turns out they never reimbursed us for that initial reservation and when we realized it (after the 8 days, of course) they claimed we we’re only entitled to $105 to cancel their new reservation. I filed a grievance with my CC and awaiting the results. Be wary!

The Sonder in Phoenix Arizona is a scam, they totally robbed me of 1200 dollars, they claim they sent me a voucher via email, but never sent me nothing, when I asked them to prove that they sent me a voucher they said they were looking into it…… And guess what, they couldn’t find it. Just a crappy company with liars telling ya lies, I would never recommend using Sonder for a vacation. Unless you enjoy paying money for nothing.

Réservé en SONDER LÜM de Los Angeles 2 noches con mi familia y dejé pagado el apartamento y me enviaron confirmación. Sin embargo 1 día antes de mi llegada me dijeron que no me podía alojar allí, que debía ir a otro apartamento a 12 km del que yo escogí. Gasté mucho en transporte y la ubicación era terrible. Prometen una compensación que nunca llega. NO elijáis esta cadena de alojamientos, ha demostrado ser muy poco fiable y con servicio de chat de robot. Nunca nadie me ha podido dar solución a mi problema. Perderás tu dinero y no obtendrás el alojamiento que tú reservaste.
