Second time to reserve my stay in New Orleans at Canal Street. Traveled with friend asked for a room lower floor and handicapped as possible. Was put on the 16th floor with steps. Took us forever to move luggage. Get our room AC did not work ice machine out of the freezer did not work. Called the number begging to be moved to a lower floor that is close to elevator and ice machine works and AC 2 flights down closer to elevator ice machine did not work. I personally will not stay in a place like this again. You need someone as a guest service in the lobby. I have’s worked in the hospitality industry for 20years Was a quality control for Holiday Inns when owned this would not pass my requirements. You need to check your properties better. Nous avons séjourné en Octobre 2023 au Sonder rue saint Dénis à Montréal. Dans l’Ensemble c’est bien mais avec un peu plus de propreté dans la salle de bain ce serait mieux. La literie était bonne. Un inconvénient lorsque vous prenez un appartement avec deux chambres et cuisine, il n’y a que deux chaises dans la cuisine donc deux personnes sur quatre vont devoir manger debout. L’emplacement pour visiter Montreal à pied est très bien.

I booked a studio apartment in Savannah Georgia. Was supposed to have a queen bed but received a full size instead. There was no elevator which was not disclosed. We had to walk up 2 flights of stairs which was difficult for my husband who has bad knees. Very difficult time sleeping due to noise on the busy street. Will not book with them again.

We booked a loft apartment two bedroom 1 and a 1/2. Bath in Louisiana the weekend of 8/25/23 - 8/27/23 The unit was clean, spacious, well stocked however, parking was a nightmare! There was very little free parking, and any other parking. We would have had to pay $30 a day. We opted just to wait for a free parking spot to open up. Has we known this was going to be an issue we would not have booked our stay at this particular location.. Also, neither one of the guest bedrooms had tvs in them. As advertised that they did. Saturday afternoont he upstairs AC quit working. I reached out to the company they were informed of the issue. They said that they were goung addressed it. No one came to fix the AC Saturday night It was 85° in the 2 guest bedrooms on the second floor I actually thought about taking the mattress downstairs where it was much cooler because the AC was working down there. However, it was a king size mattress. And that would have been impossible to take down the stairs. So needless to say trying tp sleep when it is 85 was tough, and we to get up early Sunday and make a 9 hour. Drive back to Florida. Very disappointing 😞

Stayed in Phoenix a couple days ago. Certainly not 4 star!! Hard to navigate app. No restaurant. No housekeeping. Pool was a mess. Room was just not great. Will never stay at a Sonder again.
