Stayed at Sonder JBR Walk in Dubai for my mum’s very special milestone birthday and I won’t be staying anywhere else when I visit Dubai. We were in a 3 bedroom apartment with 1 single bed room all with an en suite. Can’t recommend this apartment enough. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The chat device, pre stay, post booking is very responsive and exceeded by expectations honouring all my requests, The apartment had everything we needed, whenever we requested anything extra for example fresh towels, the reception was extremely attentive when we dialled the front desk. Early check in and late check out really started and ended our stay with smiles all round. The entire family were wowed by the amazing view of the Ain from all 3 bedrooms. The apartment was extremely spacious and very clean. Private access to the beach and numerous pools was a wonderful addition to an already fantastic stay. The staff out front were very helpful with location and hailing our Ubers. Location is great with easy routes to the marina, mall, creek and wherever else might be of interest. We’re already planning another holiday and will be recommending Sonder JBR Walk to everyone we know.

I recently stayed at Sonder Downtown in Dubai, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience, so good that I stayed for 9 months! The accommodationswere modern, clean, and perfectly located, making my stay seamless and enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from Lindsey Howell in the business team. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—responsive, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Her support made all the difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Sonder, especially with team members like Lindsey who truly care about their guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and can't wait to come back!

Excellent in every way. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath superior apartment in New Orleans business district for just over a week. The apartment layout was superb so we never got in each other's way. Public transportation was just outside the door on Canal St in New Orleans. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

We stayed in Sonder Platt Street right in the heart of downtown in the financial district. A fabulous location for all amenities - eating, groceries and subways. Our 2 bedroom apartment slept 6, was fully kitted out with modern appliances and had 2 bathrooms. It was a little tired decoration wise but was clean, comfortable and everything worked. We felt very safe there and it will be our first choice again when we return to NYC. I highly recommend staying here - the floor space you get compared with a hotel is unbelievable, especially for New York.

Lovely stay it's like staying at a hotel with a kitchen!

We were at Sonder the Industrialist in Brooklyn, and it was a positive experience all the way! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was as advertised, basic but clean. Their were giant drawers in the bed base, so we could unpack, a separate shelving unit, and a table. Enough room for our stuff for a week. There's no maid service, but you're hardly in the room except to sleep, it's NYC baby! And it's made clear on the website that there's no maid service. You can ask for more towels, and I imagine you could ask for fresh sheets, but you'd make the bed yourself. It was relatively inexpensive for New York, and it had everything we needed. We even got a free upgrade when there was a plumbing problem. Highly recommend.
