This pillow was life changing. I have tried over 20 pillows even others similar to this with no luck. This pillow keeps my neck aligned and takes the pressure off my shoulders I am a side sleeper but this pillow is so comfortable I have now also started sleeping on my back. Buy it!!!!

Absolute Game Changer
OK. So the pillow is an absolute game changer. I was diagnosed with apnea and I can't remember the last time I had a full nights sleep. Sleep scores on my watch of 30 to 40 continuously.
The very night I received this pillow I scored an 82. Its stayed in the 80's since then. No neck pain or back pain. Freaking incredible.
Sorry Somnora - you lost 1 star because of less than ordinary delivery. Bad tracking. Bad info about tracking.

Make sure you understabd return policy
The pillow is much too large for a person who is 5’2”.
There is no comfortable way to use this product.
And once you purchase it, the 100 night guarantee is absolutely false! Customer service will only offer you a 60% refund! This is false advertising to the max.
Don’t fall for their nonsense. The pillow is hard and you feel like your head is in a vise. Would never advise one to order this product!
Very unhappy customer!

Just what I was hoping for
I appreciated the pre arrival note about what to expect and what the adjustment period might entail. The satisfaction guarantee if necessary. The great packaging. And most importantly, the pillow!!! The lower profile option is perfect for a petite person like myself.

Somnora is a drop shipper. The pillows come directly from China. Mine has just arrived. It feels very cheap and is not fit for purpose. I have zero doubt that the high reviews are generated entirely by Ai. I have requested a refund and can tell that every response I receive is written by Ai and the process is designed to make a return as difficult as possible. Do not buy their products. Buy from a reputable retailer instead.
