The quality of the pillow and the leg pillow is genuinely fantastic. I'm always untrusting of companies who say they will refund you if the product isn't suitable, and sadly I have complex neck and back issues which means they sadly weren't right for me. I got a full refund within a day of letting them know, and really kind genuine words about my health problems. I'd strongly recommend this company - I think the products would be ideal for a lot of other people, and if they're not, they stick to their word and fix the issue. Can't praise highly enough
