Somnora pillow. Just got it in the last few weeks and been using it since. No more headaches when I wake up. The ridge to put your arm in is a joke; not big or deep enough. For what it is, it’s overpriced and would’ve expected to pay half or less of what I paid. Wouldn’t buy again.

I tried the Align plus pillow and gave it about 30 days. Unfortunately, the pillow didn’t work for me. I specifically purchased this pillow in hopes that it would help resolve some back and neck pain and read countless reviews before choosing this pillow over others. I found the butterfly shape to be comfortable at first, but over time the wings of the shape felt like they were digging into my neck and shoulders. I tossed and turned most nights and my neck and shoulder pain has remained the same. Thankfully, the Somnora team was able to process my refund and provided quality customer service. Be aware that the 100 Night Guarantee only offers a 60% refund. This is found under the Terms and Policies link at the very bottom of the website.

Well, so far I don't use it every night. I have a Temperpedic pillow so I am testing whether your pillow makes any difference in my neck pain. My neck pain may also be related to how I hold my head when I am reading on my electronic devices. I'm working on that as well. Stay tuned

Received Somnora Align Pillow. No visible markings, branding or any other identifiable information. No information on how long to wait before it's fully functioning as it comes vacuum packed. Bought from Instagram. at double the price a similar one is on Amazon. Since first writing my original review Somnora have told me the item on Amazon is not their item and they are taking the issue up with Amazon. Somnora have apologised to me and said they did receive an email from me which they had originally missed. Since my original review they have now been in contact 2-3 times. I originally ordered the pillow because I have neck issues, however as a side sleeper I also have an issue with my jaw at the point below my ear. The pillow was unsuitable as the "butterfly" shape is too pronounced on the pillows and pushed my jaw out of alignment. As others have said the refund policy is confusing but due to having a jaw issue and the pillow not being appropriate, I have been given a full refund, with the agreement that I would either take down my original review or amend it. Footnote 1: my pillow as stated at the beginning of the review did not have any fibre composition, traceability or any comments regarding fire safety attached to it and whilst potential standards for fire safety are not regulated for pillows in the UK, the fact the pillow has no compliance labels at all, means there are likely to be compliance issues with early purchases of this pillow. Somnora have told me the labelling issues have been dealt with. I can't comment as I got one of their earlier pillows. Footnote 2: Since my original review: Somnora have made a concerted effort to build rapport and create good will. The full refund being evidence of their desire to try and keep customers happy. For this reason I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 3 stars. However others may not have been so fortunate. I think the key takeaway from all this, is to read the reviews and all the small print, be aware the pillow can't be returned, so essentially will be landfill if it's not suitable especially if there are no labels as it can't be donated to charity or gifted on to someone else, then decide if it's right for you.

Since then, we have introduced fully branded packaging and improved labelling across all shipments. This does not affect product safety or compliance, but reflects the normal evolution of a growing brand as production scales. 2. Price comparisons & Amazon Somnora products are not sold on Amazon, and any listings claiming to be identical are not affiliated with us. Visual similarity does not mean identical materials, foam density, certifications, or quality control. 3. Communication concerns We take communication seriously and respond to all customer enquiries. At this stage, we’re unable to locate any correspondence linked to this review, as no order number or identifiable details have been provided. We’re always happy to investigate concerns, but we do need a way to match messages to an actual order. 4. Fire safety & UK compliance To clarify for readers: Standalone pillows are not required to carry a permanent fire safety label under UK law. The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations apply to upholstered furniture and mattresses — not pillows. As the reviewer notes themselves, fire labelling is not regulated for pillows in the UK. The absence of a fire label therefore does not indicate a breach of Trading Standards. 5. 100-night sleep trial & refunds Our 100-night sleep trial allows customers to use the pillow at home and still request a refund if it’s not suitable. Because pillows are hygiene-sensitive items and cannot be returned or resold once used, the trial is fulfilled through a refund-based resolution rather than a physical return. This means: • Eligibility is confirmed (including a minimum adjustment period) • A partial refund is issued to account for product and fulfilment costs • No return shipping, repackaging, or disposal is required from the customer This approach allows customers to properly trial the product at home without being left out of pocket for return shipping. Update: After talking with support, they provided the OEKO-TEX label number, which belongs to the supplier of the materials used in the product. Their support was very quick to reply and helpful. --- Original Review Note: I did not try the product yet, as I just received it. Also, somewhat confusing, but currently the Trustpilot page mentions "United Kingdom" in the contact info while their T&C mentions the U.S. That said, I received the product with zero branding and zero labels (the website clearly shows the product as "OEKO TEX" certified and with their own branding) so I have no idea whether materials are safe or not. The pillow itself is a block of roughly cut foam with a thin pillowcase on top.

These certifications apply to the materials and foam formulations, and do not always require a physical label to be attached to each finished product. • Your order was shipped from an earlier production batch, before our updated Somnora branding and improved labelling were introduced. Newer batches now include clearer branding and documentation. • The pillow design intentionally uses a high-density orthopaedic foam core with a fitted protective cover, which can appear different from traditional pillows at first.
