Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Mary and Astrid for being absolutely amazing! They were both so on top of everything, following through on every detail and making sure things went smoothly. What really stood out was how thoughtful and considerate they were throughout the whole process—always making sure I was taken care of and that everything was in order. Super easy to communicate with and really friendly, they made the whole experience stress-free. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better team. Huge thanks to both of you!

Christina and the Somewhere team have been gamechangers for my businesses! I have hired a total of 9 employees over the last 6 months with the help of the Somewhere team. To say they have changed the trajectory of how our businesses operate would be a huge understatement. I've come to them with some pretty niche roles that I thought would be impossible to fill. But time and time again, they've worked with me to craft the perfect job description to attract the right candidates. To date, I've hired a marketing admin, support specialist, art director, copywriter, 4 interior designers and a project manager for my companies. The process was so smooth. It always felt like it was too good to be true. But the reason for this is because Christina and team always vet and interview dozens of candidates before ever presenting them to my team. This ensures that the quality level of every candidate is 10/10. On multiple occasions, Somewhere has sent me 2 candidates for a role that I ended up hiring (when I only had planned on hiring 1). I'll 100% be using Somewhere again in the next couple of months. But if the trajectory continues, I'll probably hire 4-5 more candidates in 2025 :)

I had a great experience with Somewhere! From the very first interaction, Astrid was incredibly supportive, guiding me through every step of the process. She took the time to understand my skills and career goals, ensuring that I was matched with the right opportunity. The Somewhere team was also efficient and reliable, assisting with everything from interview prep to finalizing details with my new employer. Their hands-on approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless job placement experience!

We were presented candidates within a few days of kicking off the project, and were impressed with the quality of candidates presented. We are so happy with our hire - she is a great fit for the role, and the process to hire her was quick and seamless.

I worked with Paulina who was fantastic. She provided timely feedback, candidates, and flexed her search for the perfect person based on my ongoing feedback. This is my second hire through Somewhere and both people have been great additions to the team. I will be using them again in the future as our business continues to grow.

I am extremely disappointed with the hiring process at Somewhere.com. After multiple interviews, I was given an offer letter and included in training and onboarding, only to have the offer revoked later. The reason? A baseless concern over my personal activities as a forex trader, which I pursue outside of working hours and which has never interfered with my professional responsibilities. I opted to take this job because it fits my schedule and I have never come across a company that revokes an offer due to a candidate's personal interests. It is a red flag. Throughout the process, I was transparent and honest, yet the company failed to reciprocate that transparency. If this was a concern, it should have been addressed during the interview stage—not after extending an offer and beginning onboarding. This reflects a clear lack of professionalism, poor communication, and an utter disregard for candidates’ time and effort. To make matters worse, issuing an offer letter before completing reference checks and verifying qualifications is a flawed and illogical hiring practice. It creates unnecessary uncertainty and damages the trust candidates place in the organization. This experience has left me questioning the company’s culture and values. I urge others to think twice before engaging with an organization that treats candidates with such disrespect and carelessness.

I run an 8-figure US based e-commerce business and have hired 6 full time employees through Somewhere in the past 2 months. I have been hugely impressed with the quality of the candidates and the speed of the recruiting processes. We've hired roles across technical skills from a full time Shopify dev to a social media community manager and inventory planner – each person has become a crucial member of our team. I would recommend Somewhere without hesitation to any founder in a scaling phase.
