I’m considering applying through Somewhere, but I have some concerns about the recruitment process and would like more transparency about how applicants’ information and assessments are handled.

A lot of talk, very little action or help! With promises of "We will be with you every step of the way and keep you updated regularly"..I received one update saying "We should hear tomorrow".. and then nothing but a rejection email more than a week later. Incredibly poor support, no willingness to work with me and keep me updated. There are better options out there - would not recommend this if you're looking for a partner to help you find your next opportunity.

Does anyone have any feedback or experience with this company? They contacted me yesterday about a job vacancy and requested that I submit a video answering some questions, as well as complete a 90-minute English assessment, within 24 hours. They specified that "failure to deliver by the deadline will result in exclusion from the selection process." I find this kind of ultimatum and very short deadline suspicious. Any feedback would be appreciated.
