I’ve experienced both sides of recruitment. I’ve spent years working as a recruiter myself, and of course, I’ve also been a candidate many times. In all those years, I can honestly say that I have never experienced a recruiter quite like Dei. She wasn't just recruiting me for a position. She made me feel supported, prepared, encouraged, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. That kind of candidate experience is incredibly rare.
