Pattern of poor customer service. Called the Naples Store trying to place an order and was hung up on three times. Fourth time I received a recording. I then called the 866 number and had a poor experience. I then called the Coconut store and during placing an order was put on a long hold and then my call was dropped.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered a gift to be delivered to Dublin Ireland after seeing they offer international shipping. Was charged the purchase price plus $30 in shipping and additional European taxes which I paid because I thought the pajamas would be better quality than what I could get though Amazon or somewhere else. After getting a shipping confirmation to the address in Ireland, I logged in to track my package a week or so later and found it was delivered somewhere in Queens, NY. Customer service has been terrible. Three calls, all definitely people working out of their basements, calls dropped - and in the end they are refusing to refund anything but the merchandise price of $108. I am disputing the rest through my credit card. Stay away!!!!!!

I asked for a price adjustment because I bought items that went on sales a few days prior. The first agent I spoke with stopped responding to me completely so I hung up and tried again. The next agent said I would get close to $20 back. But 10 days later and nothing has come back to me. I reached out again and they said that only one of my items is priced less today, so I can only get $5 back. Terrible, untrustworthy scammy business. *Update: after emailing with three agents and insisting on the price adjustment amount I was promised of $15 plus tax (vs. only $5 or a $10 voucher for my next purchase), the third agent sent me an email with a refund notice. Now I wait again. Fingers crossed. In the future, I will place a whole new order and return the entire first one to avoid this headache.

Every year I shop on black friday. I visited the store on fm 1960 and champions in houston, texas. The customer service I received was amazing. I have found in the last few years customer service has been thrown out the window. The individuals name is Melissa. I want to thank her for the attention I received in shopping at that store.

My wife enjoys some items however this company is incredibly inefficient. They purged the previous orders on my account. CS rep insisted the items must have been purchased at a store. No store within 100 miles of me. Order processing and shipping takes an incredibly long time. Over 2 weeks is slooooow anytime of year but in December is really bad. Purchased other items online from similar companies on the same day and will have those items in 5 days or less. I doubt Soma will be around much longer with this level of service. Maybe place Christmas orders at Halloween ?

I have purchased panties from Soma for years. They were of quality material and most have lasted for 12 years. I just kept adding to my collection. This last time was such a disappointment. The lace came apart from the waistband because there was not enough material holding it. The panties themselves were a thin,less than quality material. Customer service refused to take responsibility and compensate me because I had missed the thirty day return policy. First of all, it is gross to think a company would want you to return worn panties. I sent a photo to show exactly why the lace came off. Customer service couldn’t care less so I’m warning others not to buy panties with lace around the waist. I actually am done with Soma. They used to have quality products…no more.

Have been a customer for as long as they have been in business. Wanted to exchange a bra for a different color and because it is just over 60 days nope! I will never shop in Soma or Chicos again. Horrible service and rude employee in Alabama store.

Soma took a lot longer than other vendors to ship my order. Order didn't work out, immediately returned to Soma (via mail). Took about a week and half before Soma acknowledged my return and then their correspondence indicates that it can take 2-3 weeks for a refund. That is ridiculously slow and I'll never buy from this company again.
