Great product and great customer service
Needed two cameras for my security system which I have had for seven years .Was so afraid I wouldn't be able to replace them.Called and spoke with a customer representative and he was able to provide me with the cameras I needed.The part number had changed but the ones I received were perfect.The shipping was super fast.Got them in two days after I ordered them.They are installed and work perfectly.

Good camera for inside house
Could be better for out side,I couldn't see the plates of the cars on day time. Bad view when nite out side

Most cameras if anything look better in the dark. I'd recommend contacting Samsung's Tech support to see if anything is wrong with the camera. They can be reached at 877-349-3149. If there is anything wrong, we'll do the best we can to help!

Great Experience!
We bought a baby camera and it broke after 14 months. Even though it only had a year warranty Soltech replaced it for us anyway. Because of this we continue to buy things from them. They have great customer service.

Overall I am very satisfied with my system. The techs helped me set up the system as I was assured they would before I purchased the system. I had an issue where a port closed for some reason and I could not access remotely, but when I called the support line they corrected the problem. The wait time was reasonable. They called me back within the hour. I recommend this system I only hope I am not jinxing myself but I will take the chance
