Very disappointing 1st time experience. I needed help on what to order & was directed by Rep on what to. Yea, you guessed it -- item ordered was not what I needed. Called back & recieved direction on what to order, but was told on Return of wrong Item only the item charge would be refunded. I'm out the cost of shipping the wrong merchandise to me & the cost of returning it. Way to go Soltech --- You fumbled on pleaseing this 1st time customer. We're glad you like the cameras! Unfortunately we aren't able to customize the cables included in the retail boxes, but we do have 100ft cables available on our site if you need longer cables!
