My DVR for my security cameras recently stopped working and I contacted Soltech Security about purchasing a new DVR as opposed to having the old one fixed. They were able to ship me one out that very day. Within a couple of days I was back up and running. They were very pleasant to deal with.

We ordered a new DVR for our security system and were told it would take a few days but the new DVR arrived the next day and was easy to hook up.

Was searching the web for a deal on a very specific camera. Soltech's price was plenty low enough that it saved me on both the purchase as well as the shipping over all the big-name online stores, without having to buy refurbished gear or worrying if it would ship in time to make my deadline. This company really set a high mark for the big name stores to try and beat......I will be back to buy from this company again!

Have bought a few systems from this company. One the most recent purchase, the DVR did not work upon arrival. There is no phone support but they do respond quickly via email, issued an RMA, and return tracking/shipment. Still waiting on replacement unit...hoping that the new one will work cause we needed it yesterday.
Response from Soltech SecurityAug 24, 2015
We're sorry to hear that you had the experience of receiving a defective DVR. It seems as though you need the DVR urgently so I will contact our shipping department and see if we can have the item arrive at your location a little faster than expected. Normally, anything going out towards California takes about 5 business days but I will see if I can get it to you much earlier than that. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I bought this from Soltech and I received it at my door two days later, fast! I purchased the HD system with 10 cameras and it is working very good though I have to still get more cameras up since I've just got it a few days ago. I am very pleased so far.
