Samsung HD SmartCam
Received the 3 Samsung HD SmartCam Security Cameras very quickly, the product was as I had seen online, boxed like new, I had bought 5 other SmartCams new from another vendor, (a lot more expensive), but these were for a gift for a family member. These work great, I will keep Solteck Security in my favorite vendor list.

Great picture Quality !
Very Pleased with the picture quality . A little sensitive on the picking up of sound and it does a great job of text alert ,but hey thats what you want that to do p/u sound as well as movement. I have found that it picks up motion sometimes when I can not see anything on the screen .Iam also not sure if its a two way speaker system or not . I can hear on my I phone whats going on in room but cannot talk back through the camera ?

We're very happy to hear that you're pleased with the product! You can operate a two-way talk through the App on your phone by going into the live feed for the product, pressing the option icon that looks to be two speech bubbles, and finally hold down the microphone icon that appears while talking into your phone. This process should allow you to utilize your two-way talk feature on the camera. Please let us know if you need any further assistance in the future!

SDC-5102 Security System - DVR + 10 cameras
I recently purchased this unit, everything arrived intact. I have just installed it at a client site and everything works perfect. One issue i might note is that the power adapters were only for 13 cameras - not sure if that was intentional. Otherwise, great system - I intend to make future purchases from Soltech.

Hi Jeremy, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! If you wish to add more cameras to your system it is advised to obtain another power source as the system will be able to better support the maximum camera capacity with this option. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need help with future purchases or if you come across any issues!

Customer service was extremely nice and helpful in selecting the additional equipment for the security system.
The Samsung security system was easy to set up, but connecting to to the Internet and WIFI was not as easy. I called tech support twice. The technicians were knowledgeable, supportive, and set up the connections quickly. They advised me to call back if I had any issues. The system is working properly. Thank you for a great product.

Easy and painless
I ordered and received a the refurbished Samsung SNH-E6440BN outdoor camera. I was a little leery about it being a refurb, but I was pleasantly surprised at the condition, like-new packaging. Set up was easy. Warning, though listed as a wireless camera, it is cabled to its' own wireless router. That aside, very pleased with the device and the experience with Soltech Security.
