I ordered a pair of frames and I totally forgot to add the lenses. I contacted customer service and was lucky enough to speak with a lovey representative named Lisa, who helped me with my problem. Through all the emails Lisa was a champion and totally took care of my order and processed the order. All while giving 100% great customer service- thank you, great job!
