Price for products is great, however, shipping and handling time is long, always. I orders a few pairs of sunglasses and it always took forever to arrive. One of my orders was even “back ordered”, and took about a month to receive.

Ordered Oakley Gibston sunglasses. Order says it was 61mm size, received 60mm glasses. Not what I ordered.

They Sent me $400 glasses didn’t get them signed for. And won’t replace my package.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when a package doesn't arrive as expected, especially for a high-value purchase. Our shipments are handled in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures, and while a signature may not always be required, we recognize how disappointing this situation is. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us evaluate our shipping processes and improve the customer experience.
