I Love the assistance I received in creating a document to send to Stenger & Stenger. I was wondering how I could get it done.
Thanks alot

I used solo settlement thinking I could resolve an alleged debt
I am writing to share my personal experience with SoloSettle, as I believe other consumers should be aware of the lack of transparency in their process. I initially signed up under the impression that I would have full control over my settlement offers. However, I discovered that SoloSettle imposes a minimum monthly payment of $200 for larger debts, which when you attempt to put your lowest settlement offer it will show you the minimum amount.
Furthermore, I strongly advise against using this service because it functions as a "black box." You pay them to use a template, but you are completely excluded from the most important process; you are never shown the actual communication letters sent to creditors or collection agencies. There is also a significant lack of clarity regarding their fee structure. They claim to save you money, but when you account for their fees—which are often not disclosed upfront its clear that this is not a cost-effective solution. If I had wanted to take on additional debt through fees, I would have negotiated directly with the creditor/collection agency.
To all consumers: please perform your due diligence. Always validate any debt before making payments, and if you cannot handle a negotiation on your own, I highly recommend consulting with a legal professional or a low-income legal clinic rather than using a service that obscures the process. I am opting out of further engagement with this platform and expect my data privacy rights to be fully respected.
(NOTE YOU NEVER GET TO SEE THE COMMUNICATION LETTER SENT TO THE CREDITOR/COLLECTION AGENCY)
To make matters worse, I received contradictory information from their team. One email claimed that no information was ever shared with the collector, while a previous email stated that the collector had already provided a counteroffer. This discrepancy is alarming.
EMAIL RECIEVED ON JUNE 30, 2026
"Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify how the settlement process works.
SoloSettle is a self-help platform that allows users to create and submit their own settlement offers. The information included in a settlement offer comes directly from the details entered by the user during the order creation process. A settlement offer cannot be generated without providing both your information and the collector's information, as these details are necessary for the collector to identify the account and review the offer.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the settlement breakdown. We understand that you would prefer a clearer separation between the amount agreed to with the collector, the amount you would pay toward the settlement, and SoloSettle's service fee. We'll be sure to share your comments with our product team as we continue working to improve the customer experience.
Per your request, we cancelled your settlement account. Additionally, because your profile is incomplete, no settlement offer was ever submitted to the collector. As a result, none of the information you entered has been shared with the collector.
Thank you for your prior engagement with SoloSuit. We wish you the best moving forward.
Sincerely, "(F.J./Full name omitted) "
This email below is the email sent to me prior to the one above hmm so my information was not sent to the creditor really
RECEIVED ON JUNE 12, 2026
"I hope you're having a great day!
Please review your Solo account for the collector's counteroffer.
Kindly note that the collector has advised that this is the lowest settlement offer they can provide. The available options are:
An 85% settlement, payable over 10 payments, or
A balance-in-full settlement for 44%.
These are the only settlement options currently being offered by the collector.
Please let us know if you have any questions or how you would like to proceed.
Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
G. V.(full name omitted to protect my post from getting deleted)"
Hmm, so my information was not sent but it was. What was sent to the creditor I have no clue nor copies of the settlement letter, but, the consumer is paying you for what exactly solo?
SOLO DO NOT ASK ME FOR MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AS I HAVE A RIGHT AS A CONSUMER TO EXERCISE MY PRIVACY RIGHTS.

I decided to try solo
I decided to try solo, since I was being sued by Lvnv. I asked for proof of debt, purchase order of showing they bought said debt for the usual 30 %. The total claimed was 1450.00. Actually 435.00 is what they paid probley, but everyone wants a profit, including solo. I made several offers of a payment I could afford and all denied. I can only afford around a 100.00. They, solo and lvnv want close to 200 amonth, so everyone gets some. I even offered the crooks lvnv 500 to give them a little profit and solo refused and said I violated the rules by trying to bypass them, because they want their piece of pie. I received several offers of more than what I supposedly owed. I finally archived these to get some peace as these offers do not work for my budget. I feel solo works for the creditor and not the customer. I wouldn't recommend or use this company if I was you. They will even tell you the creditor will not accept anything less than a few hundred a month. So I take this as they are refusing payment, because they cant accept what I can afford. They rather waste time and drag it thru court to get your paycheck and cause you to file Bankruptcy when you cant afford to pay the other bills because they are wanting more than you have.

Deliberately maze-like to prey on confusion and desperation
At no point is this process transparent. You click links to find out you've been locked into an offer. I wanted to explore my options, but got locked into "acceptance" of offers just by clicking on options. The payment terms changed after signing. The autopayment gives you no options for payment.
This website is deliberately confusing and devoid of links to check your progress, loads slowly, and takes you in roundabout loops. I ended up talking over email with customer service (I think? It might have been my representative?) and they were very nice and professional, but could not answer any basic questions, as they were "legal questions" to this highly legal process. It also took about a day to receive each response.
In short, law stuff is scary, and this was supposed to be an easy route to help everyday people navigate legal woes - but it's predatory and deliberately confusing, just like anything in the legal world.

If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. Do not use this service they will steal your money and not pay your debt. I owed $3032.27 to a hospital that wasn't even sending the bills to the right place they were sending them to the hospital and not my mailing address, but Solosuit didn't help. They didn't reach out and kept telling me, "I can't go a hold of the lawyer," This took forever and then at the end I ended up paying $3473.78. Do not use them I cannot stress this enough, the other reviews are lying. I paid that in August of 2025 and I just received another summons in June of 2026 that I haven't paid and still owe. On the website I looked and there is no way to find documentation that it was paid. This is gross and in a time when we are all suffering this is the grossest of all.

I had a threatening attorney after me!
I had a strong acting and threatening attorney seeking debt collection who filed against me within 30 days without any discussion, they sought a default judgement assuming I couldn't answer for an amount way beyond what the debt was. In about 10 minutes Solosuit created a response and filed for me. The suit was discontinued. They were great, I had questions and they answered quickly and accurately. Special thanks to Ben and Elle

Low end useless AI
Received a debt collection letter on a closed business I used to own. I assumed it had merit and contacted the Solo site. They asked a few generic questions and then asked for a credit card and money to proceed. I declined and called the Attorney myself. He said he had already received a $6800 offer from Solo to settle the $8300 requested in the letter. All in the form of nice, easy monthly payments from me.I told the Attorney no. He then explained that the company he worked for never received a title for a vehicle. I had all the records showing I had registered it and perfected their lien with the State years ago! They had somehow lost it. I didn't owe the any money. I had never authorized Solo to do anything and they sent a bogus offer without even knowing the facts.
Solo is generic low end ai designed to offer poor service and take your money.

In a world of no information of law can…
In a world of no information of law can be found, I just had to ask a question and just like that got a answer to my question. This site is the best at helping with law and such a breath of fresh air for me. thank you so much!
