NEVER USE THEM! The only reason solid wood cabinet company gets 1 star is because that is what you have to pick to get a review. Salesman DO NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT BACK ODERS! It is an extremely painful process. You do not get your cabinets fully assembled. Doors and Drawer faces are on back orders for months! We ordered in March, delivered pieces incomplete, even reversed cabinets in April. Now June and still waiting on doors and drawer faces!

We did a major kitchen renovation using the Devon Raised panel cabinets from Solid Wood Cabinets. Our cabinets are beautiful, well made and the crown molding above them is the perfect finishing touch. Our kitchen designer Jackie Thomas worked very hard with us to create exactly what we wanted. Our contractor, Jeffrey from Helix Contracting turned our plans into a beautiful country kitchen. Our experience at Stone Tec stone yard in Trenton, New Jersey could not have been better. We chose Copper Canyon granite for our counter tops and island. Deano and the staff at Stone Tec were awesome to work with and the granite installers did a beautiful job. We chose Dave from Schrottworks LLC to do the painting. He did a beautiful job transforming two former rooms into one large kitchen. Our kitchen is done and we couldn't be happier except for the few pieces we are waiting for. Customer Care I need your help please. We are still waiting for: DRS-W1242-Door RICH-10734193 (21) knobs FO-RT33 (2 Roll Out Trays) We understand things are on back order sometimes but these missing pieces were ordered on January 16, 2019 as part of our original order. We visited the store in Woodbridge NJ and paid $99 for in home measurements and drawing. There was initial enthusiasm to help with the kitchen plans, 3d drawings etc. But the sales person was very pushy and lost interest when you ask them questions. Most times when you walk around the store they do not even greet or react to the customers. It looks like they do not care for our business. Finally she quoted a price of $7000. I bought a similar make and model for way less for the same measurements. Our experience suggests stay away.

Has to be the worst customer experience I have ever had. #6 of their top 7 reason to deal with them is "Dedicated Service- our customer care team will make sure you are completely satisfied". Should change that to our customer care team really doesn't give a #$%!. Like other reviewers, we were told two weeks to get the cabinets. Ordered on Jan 9th to avoid having them arrive during the Christmas Holidays. Now April 23rd, my counter tops couldn't be ordered until the refrigerator end panel arrived, that took about 2 months. Now still missing doors and on three of the cabinets, the holes for the shelf pins are drilled too big. Keep getting promises that things will ship but still waiting. Once called customer service on a Wednesday after not getting a response to an email I had sent over the weekend and was told flat out that they don't even check emails until at least Tuesday afternoons. Quality of the product was OK, but nothing that special, some units arrived incorrectly assembled and had to be sent back, noticed one cabinet was off by 1/4" top to bottom on one side (of course not the side we put the level on when installing). I still have an issue with the trim and feel that the salesperson did not understand that the trim we wanted did not work with the doors we got. Was told certain doors couldn't be had with glass, not only did we get them in the glass we wanted but also got them in clear glass, along with the other doors we wanted- got them in both clear glass and the glass we wanted.

We ordered cabinets January 31 and were very happy with the design process. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. The initial incomplete delivery took about seven weeks, took time off work to be home at the designated time. Delivery was 3 hours late with no phone call. Ten weeks later we still do not have all the doors and shelving. We have called and even went to the store in Moorestown NJ. We still have no feedback on the back ordered items. The assembly was to be free - not so at all, that was a gimmick. Doors and shelves came in separate boxes. We did receive one follow up order of doors - all damaged. We were referred to a large granite yard in Trenton NJ. It was ok, but the sales process changed when they learned we were Solid Wood Cabinet customers. We felt like the price went up $10 a sq ft. When we were told we would need to pay Solid Wood for granite, that was a deal breaker. We are reporting them to the BBB, especially since they advertise they have an A+ rating. Don’t buy from them if you don’t have a LONG term alternative to using your kitchen.

While your product and salespeople did a fine job. Where your company failed was executing the product. With a call from you that my order was ready my men drove 45 min to pick-up, then waited over an hour and fifteen minutes to have the order pulled. Then we ordered an additional cabinet and we were told they would drop it off if we would wait an extra week. The day we called for a pick-up from your Plymouth office, we were told they will not be bringing it here and they were only doing it as a favor. This should have been made clear and I would have picked it up a week earlier.

When we moved in Ocean county from north Jersey we shopped around for kitchen cabinets and our choice was your company. Prices were better than Home Depot (for better quality) customer service outstanding. Nathan Berger was our consultant and let me tell you you don’t find too many people like him he went above and behind to please us! After few visit Nathan was like a family member . We went to the store this past week and after 6 years ( we moved in 2012) he remembered us! I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for cabinets to go there. The Brick store! Thank you again Nathan!!! P.s. this kid deserve a nice raise!!!

Continued from December 17th review. I received an e-mail that the back ordered cabinets and molding were going to be shipped FedEx. So I clicked on the tracking numbers and "no information available" was linked to the tracking numbers. The next day I received a phone call that the cabinets were delivered and left on the porch. There was only one problem, the cabinets are intended for my summer condo 85 miles away from my primary home. If they had they called me with a heads up, I would have made arrangements to be there myself or have someone else accept the order. After a call from customer service, it was decided to have FedEx go back the next day and get the items and bring them to the Brick NJ office for me to pick them up. (I did not have them shipped to my primary residence because of a family issue that required my attention and I would not be at home.) Needless to say, the next day the FedEx driver called me and explained that nothing was on the porch to get picked up. I have absolutely no idea where the pieces are and if I'll ever get the back ordered pieces resent. As of this moment, I have no doors, no end shelf and no molding. My advice to anyone who reads this, think hard before you sign on the dotted line.
