While your product and salespeople did a fine job. Where your company failed was executing the product. With a call from you that my order was ready my men drove 45 min to pick-up, then waited over an hour and fifteen minutes to have the order pulled. Then we ordered an additional cabinet and we were told they would drop it off if we would wait an extra week. The day we called for a pick-up from your Plymouth office, we were told they will not be bringing it here and they were only doing it as a favor. This should have been made clear and I would have picked it up a week earlier.

After this post, a representative called right away and I received missing doors by the end of the week. Thank you for your considerate response. I have been waiting for missing cabinet doors and drawer for over two months. I can’t understand why they want to jeopardize their reputation with poor customer service. It seems simple enough. I really would like someone to call me directly with a solution.

I have been working with my daughter in the renovation of her new kitchen. On delivery day we were informed that several pieces were back ordered. She is missing doors and drawer fronts to four cabinets, a panel needed next to the refrigerator and the peninsula panels. That's a lot of pieces for a medium sized kitchen! My daughter has told me that customer service was very nice, said they have the pieces and directed her to call scheduling to have them delivered. She has not been able to reach scheduling however. Very frustrating and the more time that goes by the angrier we get. My daughter saved for years to have this kitchen. If nothing happens this week I will make a report to the BBB and spread the word of their Scotty organization thru every media outlet at my disposal. SWC do your job and the right thing!! I've given three stars instead of two because the cabinets we did receive look great and are in good shape. But unfortunately this does her no good with an incomplete kitchen!

The process of designing my new kitchen was good. Sales rep was helpful The quality of the cabinets and customer service was good. My biggest problem was the counter top company that Solid Wood Co uses. Major issues and they are taking no responsibility and put it all on the customer. Would not use LSG in the future if I had a choice.

The product is good. We installed a kitchen, also basement bar. Two of my sisters also installed kitchens. Seems to be high turnover of design "pros". Ours was great, but he left and his replacement was just awful. Made major mistakes. Order was fine, but missing hardware and no indication when we'll receive it. We did have issues with wrong doors on our kitchen, as did my other sister. Usually mistakes are quickly rectified.
