For the most part quite happy with everything about Sole Serious. One thing though, they could do a better job of packing the shoes for delivery. No bubble wrap etc. one pair was in a tiny box and had a hard time getting the shoe box out. This pair I just received was in a big box with no packing protection and so the shoe box is damaged. Not the end of the world but I do like keeping the boxes and this was a cool box and it’s kinda trashed now. Other than that I have no complaints. Prices are on par with other resellers ie: GOAT Stock X. Shoes are also legit so don’t have to worry about that noise.

Received the wrong shoe size. I ordered a 9.5 and received an 8. I assumed they had done their job right, aas generally expected, so i took of the tag off and it wasnt until i tried them on and my feet went numb that I realized they were the wrong size. I mean, how can you be off by 1.5 sizes?? If they didnt have 9.5 in stock and tried to make me happy with an 8, they should have just been honest instead and just said they were on back order or something. Either that, or they have lousy people doing fulfillment who obviously arent paying attention to what theyre doing. As a customer, I expect to receive what I ordered, especially if it cost me close to $500. size 8 dont come close that price so even if i resell them I'm noot getting anything close to what i paid for these stupid shoes.
