Delayed shipping. I placed order on Sunday(05-14-23). I live in Tampa, Fl & I paid extra for 1-3 day shipping. My ETA was scheduled for Thursday(05-18-23). Per "Track My Order" my package arrived in Tampa on Thursday but shipping error shipped my package to Deerfield Beach, Fl. which caused me to receive package a day late on Friday(05-19-23) which is outside of the 1-3 day shipping I paid extra money. So I paid extra for a service I didn't receive due to the shipping error
Response from SOLE SERIOUSSMay 22, 2023
Hey Tyree, We're sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with your recent order and truly apologize for any delays or inconveniences experienced. Your order was shipped out to the address on file in Tampa, FL. I can see there was a 1 day delay with your shipment on UPS behalf as it should've been delivered on Thursday 5/18 but was delayed to Friday 5/19. I have gone ahead and refunded the difference in shipping cost from Express $24 to Standard $10 Please allow 1-4 business days for your partial refund of $14 to process. We look forward to providing you with the best possible service in the future. If there is anything else we can look into, please contact us at https://soleseriouss.com/pages/contact-us Best regards, SOLE SERIOUSS
