The parts store was responsive on email and eventually we talked by phone to make sure I had the right parts. What they sent was an inner and outer sleeve with a spring loaded detent to hold the F 63 in the upright position. It was exactly what I needed.

The delivery of parts are fantastic. I repaired the treadmill myself by changing a walking belt. I just couldn’t find a detailed video for the 63 that showed how to make the switch. I’m sure it could have been done quicker But I got it done and I am satisfied
