Originally I waited two weeks on a part that was stuck with USPS in Memphis in a crate labeled dead mail. Since it was totally automated there were no people to pick that part up. Chris at Sole was great. He shipped me the exact part no charge and I got it UPS instead of mail in three days. Now I can keep my cardio training up so my stent stays strong. Good job, Chris.

It was easy to find the correct motor to replace the one that died on our Sole Elliptical. Part arrived quickly and works great. Installation is a little challenging if you have never done it before. Found some good videos online but installation instructions included with the motor might be helpful, particularly with regard to getting the cable attached to the motor. Elliptical is back in business so I am a happy customer.
