Never got a response back after I sent video.

Hello, we do see an order out here for you, but nothing related to a video. If you could send it to us and give us a call letting us know, in case there are any issues, we'd appreciate it!

Worst company ever! No mention that prices are in US$ Did not received a confirmation of shipping. Can’t cancel order. Refund possible but not for the shipping fee that was 80% of cost snd charge a 20% restocking fee on top of that!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry the payment in USD was not clear, as we are an American based company. As for the shipping, it shows tracking was sent to you, and your attempt to cancel was well after it had already shipped. At this point, there is nothing we can do for your order until it arrives to you.

I have received no updates of my order, I have no tracking, and still do not have the items after being billed for it over a month ago.

We have looked into your order. It appears this came off of backorder the 27th. Tracking was sent to your email on file. We shall send you another. Thank you!

Poor product quality and poor support on the phone....did get a call back after 40 minutes and the person was very helpful on trying to trouble shoot the treadmill.

Thank you for your review. No calls came out of our facility yet today, so I am thinking this was not meant for us. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in the future! As far as quality, we are a third party and have no effect on the quality of the units and OEM parts.

Took over two weeks to receive

Hello Glenn, The only order we have under your name is SF88037. The was ordered October 7th and delivered October 11th with standard mail selected. Please make sure you don't have an order with one of the newer parts suppliers popping up as they have no relationship with us. Were sorry for your bad experience with someone else

Wrong part.
Response from SOLE FITNESS PARTSAug 13, 2024
Thank you for leaving us a review. Using your email address we were able to verify you ordered a part. We cross referenced this with an email you sent to us much later with a Serial Number attached. The wheel you ordered would not be correct for that unit. As such, this would absolutely be the wrong part you had ordered. If this was for a different unit, we see no other email trail referencing this or asking us to help get you the correct part. Let us know how we can help!

The elliptical bushings fail every 3 months. The tension cable failed at 8 months and is not available. Bluetooth speakers failed on the first day. Customer service is non-existent and rude over the phone and through emails.

We are sorry to hear you are having this experience. We are not Sole the manufacturer and as such really have little bearing on having this improved.
