I just got off the phone with Chris after he returned my original phone call in a timely manner. Not only did Chris quickly verify that my order was being tracked and scheduled for delivery, but he also took the time to answer my technical questions I had about the exact part and issue I was having with my treadmill. Unfortunately customer service like this is a thing from the past and not common in this day and age where most customer service representatives in America barely even speak English and don’t even care in the slightest to help the customer. Highly recommend these guys for all your treadmill parts and service questions. Two thumbs up. Thank You Chris! God Bless

The treadmill, ~250 lbs is a professional quality treadmill in our home. My wife and I have used it regularly for a few years now. The only maintenance we've had to do is reapply lubricant to the underside of the belt. It is a simple task and the instructions for it are clear . Also, adjusting the belt tension before and after lubrication is a cinch. Sole Fitness customer service is first rate.

The part came as expected and was a quick change. It fixed the problem with my treadmill. The part arrived in a timely manner, however I wish they would have emailed tracking.
