I ordered a belt replacement. The belt was received with no problem, delivery tracking. The belt was as advertised, 2 ply the same quality as the original part. Just no logo.

I finally found the web site that had the part I needed to fix my Spirit XBR25 exercise bike. The part arrived in a days and the bike is working once again.

Parts arrived intact and as described. I replaced mother board on my treadmill and it works like new.

Website had nice clear pictures, so I was confident I had the right part. Part arrived earlier than estimated, and it's working fine... so far :-)

I am very happy to have my tablet holder back! It originally came with my treadmill, but unfortunately, it was damaged when we moved. I had been using my tablet on the console, but I really missed being able to watch videos and workout classes at eye level. I also would like to mention that technical service is really good. We were having some issued with the motor, belt, and control and they took care of all. I truly appreciate their professionalism during the process.
