Thank you for leaving us a review. We have looked into your order. To start, your tracking number was: 9400150105501181862210 It appears when looking back at your order, an unsufficient address was placed and as such USPS determined that it was unable to be delivered after attempting. You would need to place a new order with an address that is sufficient for us to send out a new order. You have been refunded for this order.

I purchased a plastic Top Frame Cover for my SOLE F80 treadmill, order number SF91076. I have NOT received the purchased merchandise. I have received an initial email from Sole Fitness Parts saying, "Thank you for your order" and an order number. I have not received any emails saying the merchandise was shipped or any email saying the merchandise was delivered. However, I have received an email on 07-07-2025 asking for my review. I have placed 2 phone calls to Sole Fitness Parts, however, I am only able to leave a voice message and have not received a return call from SFP. I would like SFP to call me. I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card company to have them stop the payment if I do not hear from SFP today (07-08-2025). Thank you.

Our response to you was as follows, via email, which you also responded to: "I see the order was placed to our supplier to send directly to you as we did not have one in our physical inventory. It was placed the 2nd, which, with the Holiday and their several days off, has set things back a bit. We will update you with tracking as soon as we receive it!" Your response - "Thank you for your immediate reply. I look forward to receiving further emails regarding shipment of this order. A tracking number would be most helpful." As such, a one star review for an issue that is pending resolution and with said communication, we have not left you in the dark and we feel is not a good representation of efforts made from our company. That said, thank you for reaching out to us! We hope you will consider revising!

Parts arrived damaged and they refused to refund or ship new parts. I was told they filled their obligations to fill the order. Worst service and would not recommend.

Hello Beth, We are aware of your frustration and apologize that we were unable to do anything. When your order arrived damaged on 3/12/25, Instead of calling us, you called the shipper and had them send out replacement parts under the orders warranty. We apologize that you were confused about the warranty you activated and called us on 5/16/25 looking for a refund. We are unable to take back or refund on parts that have been installed and used for over 30 days.

I bought 4 bottles of silicone from “Sole Fitness Parts” and sadly the consistency has changed. One bottle used to do the trick and my treadmill deck and belt were great for a few months however that isn’t the case anymore. Last time I tried to lube the deck it took all 4 bottles and it was as if I hadn’t even used 1. My SOLE F80 was still throwing out an error that was telling me deck lubricant is needed! So finally for safety I just had to stop using my machine. Just FYI - SOLE FITNESS PARTS isn’t actually related to SOLE who sells exercise equipment they just bought the domain name to make a sale. Edit - Thanks for your reply, you just admitted everything which I stated.

Sole Fitness Parts (us) never claims to be the manufacturer. We've been in business as long as the Sole brand, though! To our knowledge, consistency has not changed for the white bottles. The clear bottles that are used on some of the Dyaco brand, however, IS different. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear your experience was less than satisfactory!
